Customer Quality Technician

We are looking to hire a Customer Quality Technician who has a combination of technical experience and client interaction.

  • Perform front-end testing of applications as if you were an end-user
  • Create QA reports and log findings based on the outcome of QA test cycles
  • Champion and continue to improve the quality assurance process
  • Create test plans, requirements, scenarios and test data for use during testing
  • Provide feedback to developers and managers around UX based outcomes
  • Survey customers at key junctures of projects (midpoint and endpoint)
  • Lead and drive internal change resulting from customer feedback
  • Hold development teams accountable for end user acceptance testing
  • Analyze customer data to improve customer experience
  • Build a knowledge base of each client’s business, organization and objectives
  • Regularly communicate in writing tasks accomplished
  • Provide feedback in After Action Reviews
  • Develop proficiency in the FileMaker product line (training provided)
  • Work to continuously improve internal processes
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify additional work (business development opportunities)


  • Minimum of 2 – 5 years experience
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Exceptional communications skills (written and verbal)

  • Exhibit signs of leadership, creativity and a positive can-do attitude

  • Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute
  • Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
