Inside Sales Representative

We are looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative with strong communication and problem-solving skills and a positive can-do attitude.

We are looking to hire a reliable, energetic Inside Sales Representative to work full-time in our Indianapolis office. If the above description sounds like you, we want to talk to you about joining our growing DB Services team in our ongoing mission to positively impact clients through the development of custom solutions that increase workplace efficiencies. 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Generate qualified sales opportunities from warm prospects 
  • Screen new business opportunities 
  • Initiate communications with potential prospects and existing customers via electronic channels
  • Understand service offerings and communicate services to prospective customers
  • Write proposals for company services for potential customers
  • Work directly with CEO and sales engineers to close qualified opportunities
  • Update customer information and prospect information in CRM tools, Salesforce experience a bonus
  • Create licensing quotes and manage licensing renewals for customers 
  • Build relationships with current customers through follow-up communications 
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers to scope out development projects
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1+ years of direct customer service experience 
  • Confidence and drive to deliver verbal communications with prospects and customers
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Must demonstrate high levels of persistence and resilience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Exhibit signs of innovation and a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to pick up and assist with other tasks for the team
  • Ability to perform job functions with little-to-no supervision
