Inside Sales Representative

We are looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative to work full-time in our Indianapolis office. We are particularly interested in someone with strong communication and problem solving skills and a positive can-do attitude.

An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.


  • Generate qualified sales opportunities (from list of leads and database provided) through outbound dialing
  • Initiate telephone and email contact with potential prospects and existing customers
  • Understand service offerings and communicate services to prospective customers
  • Answer phone and screen new opportunities from inbound calls
  • Write proposals and deliver to prospects
  • Update customer information and prospect information in database(s)
  • Create licensing quotes for customers and renewal invoices for existing customers
  • Manage existing customer licensing contracts to ensure they renew and stay current on software
  • Work to deliver on goals and expectations with minimal supervision after training
  • Assist with Administrative tasks as needed


  • Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
  • Strong verbal communication, problem solving skills and interpersonal skills
  • Must demonstrate high levels of persistence and overcoming objections
  • Communicate professionally and effectively via phone
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
  • Exhibit signs of creativity and a positive attitude
