Project Manager

We are looking to hire a Project Manager to work full-time in our Indianapolis office. We are particularly interested in someone with strong communication and problem solving skills with a positive can-do attitude.

Can you handle the process from kickoff to iteration meetings through development to deployment?

Responsibilities

  • Champion The Process
  • Set and manage client expectations (Budgets and Project Schedules)
  • Manage day-to-day client interaction
  • Build a knowledge base of each client’s business, organization and objectives
  • Regularly communicate in writing tasks accomplished
  • Identify new business and manage the project from concept to completion
  • Work closely with Business Project Manager, Tech Leads and FileMaker Developers to design, implement, and maintain systems with a high level of quality
  • Handle internal project reporting and administration
  • Renew maintenance contracts with existing customers
  • Develop (training provided) proficiency in the FileMaker product line

Requirements

  • Exceptional communications skills (written and verbal)
  • Willingness and ability to embrace incoming and outgoing phone communication
  • Exhibit signs of leadership, creativity and a positive can-do attitude

  • Consistently deliver value to customers
  • Strong familiarity with software development lifecycle practices and Agile methodology
  • Familiarity with Project Management component processes
  • Ability to perform job functions with a minimum of supervision
  • Bachelor’s Degree
