Joe brings a high level of energy and enthusiasm to his role in Customer Success. His pleasant disposition and go-getter attitude provide a solid foundation for moving projects forward toward successful and timely outcomes.
Having worked his way through college as a casino table games dealer, Joe gained invaluable experience in and understanding of what it means to deliver customer service excellence in a variety of situations. His formal education includes a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising from the Judd Leighton School of Business and Economics at Indiana University South Bend. A lifelong learner, he continues to seek new opportunities for additional learning and challenges to undertake.
For pleasure, Joe not only practices the art of cooking, he works on expanding his skills by teaching himself new and different techniques to utilize in his culinary creations. When he’s not whipping up something delicious, you might find him exploring photography or planning his next travel adventure.
