Licensing and Sales Support Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales opportunities from customers
  • Initiate communications with existing customers
  • Understand service and offerings and communicate the process to customers
  • Work directly with the CEO and sales staff to achieve high customer satisfaction
  • Update customer information and prospect information in CRM tools, Salesforce experiences a bonus
  • Create licensing quotes and manage licensing renewals for customers
  • Ensures the renewal of licenses on time prior to the license expiration
  • Communicate regularly with partner channels on customer renewals
  • Maintains licensing records and license keys
  • Processes payment for licensing and updates purchase order records when processed
  • Works with customers to ensure compliance with end-user license agreements
  • Build relationships with current customers through follow-up communications
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to website licensing forms
  • Calls and creates contact reports for outbound and inbound calls, determining the best course of action moving forward
  • Supports sales and administration efforts, leading to improved flows and processes
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of direct customer service experience
  • Confidence and drive to deliver verbal communications with prospects and customers
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Must demonstrate high levels of persistence and resilience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Exhibit signs of innovation and a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to pick up and assist with other tasks for the team
  • Ability to perform job functions with little-to-no supervision
  • Ability to work from Indianapolis corporate office with hybrid option pending managerial approval

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with Claris FileMaker, Salesforce, and/or AWS
  • Desire to grow your career in the world of inside sales and in the technology industry
  • Familiarity with EOS methodology
