FM Quickstart 2025 brings AI into your reports with an OpenAI integration. No more time-consuming report generation—simply enter a prompt and instantly generate graphs that provide clear insights into your business metrics. Whether you’re tracking sales trends or employee distributions, AI reporting turns data into actionable visuals with a snapshot of information in seconds.

Go to the reports module, click "Prompt," and ask the application to generate a graph representing your request. We recommend entering clearly worded prompts that can be represented by a bar graph. For example:

• "Show me the top 5 customers and how many orders we've sold them."

• "Show me the five closest locations and how many employees they have."

• "Show me the number of companies in each industry."

Builds

Many businesses build inventory from an already existing inventory of parts. If your business tracks the materials used in production, this new feature will be immensely useful for you. You can now streamline your production process by creating, editing, and deleting build “recipes” defined by the build components and their productions. Additionally, you can generate builds from these recipes that will decrease your part inventory and increase your product inventory accordingly, saving you time and reducing errors.

Work Orders

Managing production is easier than ever with FM Quickstart 2025's enhanced work order system. If you assemble products without tracking an inventory of parts used to create them, you can instead generate work orders. With this year’s release, you can create work orders, attach line items, and assign them to employees. More importantly, you will be able to accurately track your historical inventory as a result of the work orders, simplifying your workflow and boosting efficiency.

Price Tiers

Offering discounts for bulk purchases has never been easier. In the past, you may have manually created “discount” line items, expending time performing math on invoices that could be spent on more valuable processes. With the new Price Tiers feature, FM Quickstart 2025 automatically adjusts line item pricing based on the quantity ordered, saving you time and reducing errors. Commissions

FM Quickstart 2025 introduces a dynamic commission structure to keep your sales team motivated and performing at their best. With the new Commission Tiers feature, you can reward top-performing employees with additional bonuses as they reach higher sales volumes. For example, a salesperson might be paid a flat commission of 10%, but receive 12% for every order after they've reached 10 sales. This flexible commission structure means you can tailor your commission plans for your business needs, eliminating manual calculations and ensuring your team is paid accurately and on time.
