You can now record $0 gift transactions to accurately track in-kind and non-monetary donations, add up to 50 designations to a single gift, and backdate transactions for gift commitments all directly within the Gift Entry Grid.

Use Flexcards in the Gift Planning app to view eight dynamic visual layouts that automatically adjust based on the selected planned gift type. These views highlight the most critical information at a glance, enabling relationship officers to evaluate value, timing, and stewardship requirements quickly. By displaying only the most relevant fields for each gift type, Flexcards enable faster and more efficient review and data entry.
Strengthen Prospect Strategy by Creating Slack Research Channels and Canvases with Agentforce

Researchers and relationship officers get a shared space to assess high-priority prospects. The new Intake app helps coordinators streamline the enrollment process using the Create Application flow, making it faster to start new intakes. When a participant enrolls in multiple programs, overlapping form sections are now automatically deduplicated, so information only needs to be entered once. Additionally, the Complete Application flow automates the creation of enrollment records and cases, ensuring a seamless transition to case managers.

Using the Business Rules Engine, you can set detailed eligibility criteria for each program and automatically check a participant’s record against them. With updates to the Program and Case Management data model objects (DMOs), it’s now easier to bring the latest objects and fields into Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud). The Find Unfilled Shifts action lets you search by available spots, time range, and optionally by Volunteer Initiative or Job Position. The Match Volunteers to Shifts action pairs volunteers with shifts based on their availability, location, and qualifications.
