Experience Cloud users can build a volunteer portal on this data model so volunteers can find and sign up for opportunities, submit applications, or track their hours. This helps address problems like limited staffing, increased workload, recruitment and retention challenges, and supervision and scheduling challenges.

The Gift Entry Grid table format makes entering gifts easier and quicker than ever. You can view and enter single gifts or multiple gifts on a one-page, tabular layout. Turn on the Gift Entry Grid from Setup under Fundraising Settings.
Build Relationships with Gift Planning
Establish long-term journeys for your prospects and donors that include charitable gift annuities, trusts, life insurance, donor-advised funds, or bequests. You can now save in-progress assessments as drafts. You can return to them later to follow up with constituents or pick up where you left off and complete the assessment.
