Charley is a collaborative and friendly application developer with a focus on supporting her teammates and clients. Her warm, empathetic nature, service-oriented attitude, and willingness to truly listen make her an asset to any team.

Charley began her professional journey in psychology, earning a B.A. from Indiana University and an M.A. in Counseling from the College of William and Mary. After managing her own private practice as a therapist for several years, she decided to switch gears and transition to a career in software development. She has since earned a certificate in Web Development from the Butler University Executive Education program and is working on her Master's in Data Analytics from the University of Indianapolis.

When Charley logs off for the day, she loves spending time with her son or getting creative, whether it’s cooking, baking, knitting, or sewing. You may also find her playing video games or curled up with a good book.
