She's held director-level roles, where she led global support teams, built out Salesforce and Zendesk administration, and used Tableau and SQL to drive data-informed decisions. Along the way, she's mentored junior leaders, streamlined documentation to cut onboarding time, and partnered with enterprise clients on everything from de-escalation strategies to product recommendations.

When she's not immersed in tech, Jessica is probably curled up with a book, teaching herself piano one YouTube tutorial at a time, or chasing down a live show, from local indie gigs to college band competitions. A devoted Tex-Mex enthusiast and self-proclaimed cheesecake connoisseur, she's always on the hunt for the next great hole-in-the-wall restaurant. On weekends, you'll likely find her in the garden, cheering on the Longhorns or Cowboys, or planning her next travel adventure.

In her role as a Project Manager here at DB Services, Jessica oversees and coordinates all aspects of projects to ensure successful completion. This includes coordinating team efforts, allocating resources, managing timelines, defining project goals, and communicating with clients to make sure the project stays on track and is delivered on time and within budget.
