They provide flood insurance, flood zone certification, floodplain management, and more to financial institutions with a focus on quality and customer service. They reached out to DB Services when they began receiving security threats to their website. The developers at DB Services rebuilt the site using a combination of FileMaker and web development to ensure the security and integrity of the site.

Lafayette Urban Ministry is a nonprofit organization, made up of more than 45 Christian churches, that provides social services to children and families in the Greater Lafayette, IN area. Their mission is to restore hope and human dignity to those in poverty. They were already using FileMaker to store records, but they knew that they weren’t using it to its full potential. DB Services built a custom module in FileMaker so they could track volunteer time entries, generate reports, and gain better visibility of their data.

After working in the aviation industry for over 30 years, Phillip Fountain wanted to create an all-in-one audit protocol software application that would streamline the aircraft safety auditing process for aircraft operators, service providers, and safety auditors. DB Services worked with Fountain to create AvAudit, a FileMaker app that makes maintenance and audits a breeze.

Mesa Garden integrated their custom FileMaker application with WooCommerce in order to streamline their business selling cacti and succulents. We built a modern e-commerce website so that customers are able to place orders online. The data is synced to their FileMaker application which prevents orders going through for out of stock items as well as allowing Mesa Garden to update thousands of products with the click of a button.

Eli Lilly, a S&P 500 pharmaceutical company, uses FileMaker for forecasting and scheduling Clinical Trial Materials (CTMetrics). They were in need of a system upgrade and consolidation of their North American and European systems into one smooth system. Over the course of three phases, we worked with their IT staff to upgrade their system and re-design the workflow and individual task management.

Their FileMaker system, designed and built by the printing staff, is central to operations: It stores mailing lists, tracks jobs, and is integrated online to receive printing jobs. They came to us in need of ongoing support and help with upgrading from FileMaker Server 7 to the latest version of FileMaker Server. With our help, their FileMaker solution continues to run smoothly.

PeopleCare is a non-profit, volunteer-based organization providing services to those whose age or physical condition limits their mobility. PeopleCare came to us using multiple programs to manage their daily operations, including a custom-built Microsoft Access program, spreadsheets, and paper files.
