For this quarter, we are proud to support TechPoint Youth, an organization dedicated to expanding STEM education opportunities for K-12 students across Indiana.

TechPoint Youth is an Indiana-based nonprofit that, since 2001, has worked to ensure every K-12 student, regardless of background, has access to high-quality STEM education. Reaching roughly 64,000 students each year across all 92 Indiana counties, they deliver hands-on, experiential learning that builds technical skills alongside confidence, critical thinking, and teamwork, much of it aimed at students underrepresented in STEM, including those from low-income backgrounds, girls, and students of color.

Their flagship program is the State Robotics Initiative, which puts hands-on robotics education within reach of every Indiana student. Through startup grants that remove the cost barrier for schools, they've helped grow Indiana into a national robotics leader, with one of the largest VEX IQ footprints in the country. The season culminates each year in the Indiana Robotics State Championship, where students compete and celebrate what they've built.

Robotics is just the start. TechPoint Youth also brings hands-on STEM curriculum into classrooms during the school day, pairs students with industry professionals through their STEM Mentors program, connects high schoolers to real Indiana tech companies through their Xplore work-based learning initiative, and introduces thousands of students to coding each year through Hour of Code. Together, these programs form a pathway that takes students from their first exposure to STEM to real career opportunities, building Indiana's future tech workforce.

Through our Surveys for Success program, each completed customer survey results in a donation to our featured charity for the quarter. Your feedback not only helps DB Services improve, but it also helps tens of thousands of students across Indiana gain access to transformative educational experiences each year!
